School registration procedure: all needed documents

To complete the school registration procedure, you will need the following documents:

  1. Proof of the child’s age from one of the following:
    1. Birth certificate;
    2. Birth registration;
    3. Adoption certificate.
  2. Proof of citizenship from one of the following:
    1. Canadian citizenship;
    2. Landed immigrant status;
    3. Other valid legal status.
  3. Proof of parental responsibility from one of the following:
    1. Baptism certificate;
    2. Birth certificate;
    3. Adoption certificate;
    4. Court order;
    5. Custody judgment.
  4. Proof of parents' residence from one of the following:
    1. Utility bill;
    2. Recent property purchase agreement

It's important to have all the necessary paperwork prepared when completing the school registration process in Windsor, Essex, Chatham, Sarnia, London, Woodstock, or Owen Sound.
